So I was poking around trying to find fashion week schedules for all the most important shows (I know I missed the recent ones), and what I found was this: There are dozens of cities in the US alone that have their own forms of fashion weeks throughout the year. From the big-leaguers like New York and Los Angeles, to (what I can only assume are) slightly smaller affairs in places like Little Rock and Gainesville, there are (by my estimation) about 35 “fashion weeks” in the US and dozens more throghout the world. So, with well over 52 fashion weeks each year, it’s safe to assume that, on average, it’s always fashion week somewhere.
